We’re back in action…
Mon 27 May 2024
The Half Moon, Herne Hill, South London
A return to our favourite venue in The Great Smoke.
Free concert. Doors open 7:30pm.
Fri 1 March 2024
St Michael at the North Gate, Central Oxford
Really enjoyed playing in the beautiful setting of this famous Oxford church. We had our latest CD, Memoryland, on sale: 12 new songs by Bernard Hanaway.

We were headlining so people had to wait until the end to see us play. Here’s the complete bill –
Panic Man Dan: Dan Austin is a very talented singer songwriter.
Bloody Fiasco: Newcomers Bloody Fiasco are an ensemble comprising members of Bigspeakers, Borderville and Hornsaplenty.
And finally… One for the Wall: We performed our own brand of Baroque pop and folk rock, with songs from our three albums: The Lover’s Song, Scent of the Moon and Memoryland.

The Half Moon, Herne Hill, South London
Great to be playing in front of a London audience to mark the release of Scent of the Moon. The venue was The Half Moon – not the famous one in Putney but the equally excellent establishment in SE24.

Two half-hour sessions, featuring 15 songs, and we wish we could have fitted in more. The sheer joy of performing in front of an enthusiastic audience.

Some rather gloomy photos, I’m afraid.
